I would have to say this is a very nice running belt. Although it says running belt, I had my daughter also try it out doing our regular equip use workouts. She said "Can I have this one?". So, I take that as a thumps up! She likes the stretchiness of the belt. She was able to put her iPhone 6, cash, and license in there with ease. She didn't have to worry about anything falling out. The stitching on the belt is exceptional and appears it will last a long time. The elastic belt and clamp holds the belt securely around the waist and is adjustable for different sizes. The clamp is a heavy duty plastic, not the cheap stuff. Overall she rated this a 5-star and we do recommend it.
